Do I need specific hard- or software?

No, the only thing you need is a computer/smartphone and a printer. 

Do my employees have access to DISH Guest?

It is possible to add managers to your DISH Guest account which then can log in, generate QR codes and export guest lists.

How much does DISH Guest cost?

It is completely free with no hidden fees! We just want you to be safe, and support you to keep the community safe! We will keep the tool free of charge as long as possible.

How does DISH Guest work?

It is as simple as registering and printing out your specific QR code for your guests to scan it and complete their mandatory check-in. Everything is digitally documented. If one of your guests doesn't have a smartphone, you can do the registration on your own mobile device. The guests are then automatically checked out again after 2 hours. Additionally the integration of your menu into DISH Guest is possible, so your guest can view all your delicious meals on their smartphone. 

Do I have to generate a new QR-Code daily?

No, the QR codes are not bound to a single day and can be used for ever.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the login page. 

Can I generate QR-Codes for multiple establishments ?

No, this is not possible. The only way to make this possible is to create different accounts.

Why should I use it?

In Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium and most other countries it is mandatory to keep track of the guests in gastronomy businesses. DISH Guest is our secure and GDPR-conform solution to those who take it serious, but don’t want to get lost in papers when it comes to documenting and reporting a case.

Who can/should use DISH Guest?

Primarily restaurants, cafes, bar owners and managers, but it can also be used by every business that has to keep track of their incoming guests.

What is DISH Guest?

DISH Guest is a service of the DISH platform which allows digital and contactless recording of your guests information.

How do I export guest details?

You can export guest details by visiting your DISH Guest dashboard and click on “Quick search” select  date and enter the reason for your search. After that you will be able to download the guest list.

How can I change my password for my DISH Bonus account?

Log in to your DISH Guest account and press the profile icon in the top right corner to open your personal data. Click “change password” to change your password.

How can I use DISH Guest?

Visit and click on “I’m new” and enter the required information. Confirm your registration by clicking on the verification link in your email. A new tab will open where you have to enter your business details as well as the option to link your menu. That’s it! The setup takes less than five minutes and your first QR code can be generated.

How do I generate the QR-Code?

Log into your DISH Guest account and click on “Generate QR”. You can choose whether you want a general QR code or an individual for each table. With one click on “Generate QR code” the process is complete.
