DISH App - How to manage team members in the app

There are three simple ways to add new team members in the DISH app – via saved contacts, using a QR code, or by entering the information manually. The following step-by-step guides explain how each method works.
Adding Team Members via QR Code
- Open the DISH app and go to the “Manage Team” section.
- Tap on “Add via QR Code” to generate a unique QR code.
- Show the QR code to the new team member, who scans it using their own DISH app.
- Once scanned, the person is automatically added, and you can assign them a role.
Adding Team Members from Contacts
- Open the DISH app on your device and navigate to the “Manage Team” section.
- Select the option “Add from Contacts” and allow the app to access your saved contacts.
- Search for and tap the person you want to add from your contact list.
- Assign a role to the new team member, such as waiter or manager.
- Confirm your selection to send an invitation via SMS or email.
Adding Team Members Manually
- Launch the DISH app and open the “Manage Team” section.
- Select the option “Add Manually” to enter the details yourself.
- Enter the name, email address, and/or phone number of the new team member.
- Choose the appropriate role and permissions for this person.
- Send the invitation so the new member can join via email or SMS.
