Overview of the Reports Function in DISH Reservation
- Click on Reports in the menu on the left to access the reporting tools.
- You will see a monthly breakdown of the number of reservations received over the years.
- Click on Guests to view the number of guests who visited each month over the years.
- Scroll down for detailed insights, including:
- Average rating
- Guest opinions
- Best performance
- No-show rate
- Click on Insights for detailed information on:
- Reservation sources
- Occasions
- Guest details
- Segment the insights by week, 4 weeks, or year by selecting the desired time frame.
