Step-by-step instructions
- How to Scan a Barcode in the DISH Order Terminal App
- Open the DISH Order terminal app. You will be directed to the open orders.
- Tap the drop-down menu icon to select the barcode scanner.
- Tap on Scan barcode.
- Scan the barcode of an order. Ensure that the DISH Order app has permission to use the terminal’s camera.
- All information regarding the order will be displayed.

What to do if the barcode cannot be read:
- You will receive an error notification. You can try scanning again, cancel, or manually enter the order number.
- If you choose to type in the order number, an interface will appear where you can enter the order number, and the order information will be displayed.
