In this article, we show you step by step how to activate the Digital Receipt.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open General from the DISH POS Dashboard.
- Click on Facilities.
- Select the pencil icon next to the facility to edit it.
- In the contextual window, check the Digital Receipt setting and click Save.
- Navigate to the General sub-menu.
- Click the edit icon next to your store.
- Open Settings.
- Under Logo for digital receipt, click Browse to upload a logo.
Make sure that the logo you're going to upload is around 300x300px large to get the best results.
- Click Save to finalize the logo upload.
Keep in mind, since changes have been made, you must send them to your system by navigating to the general settings.
- Go to General
- Then navigate to the sub-category General
- From there, click on Send to transmit the changes to your system
