    Setting up the app

    After you install the DISH POS app, the next step is to set it up:

    1. Open the app and click the gear icon (bottom left) to go to Settings. 
    2. If necessary, enter a recognisable name for the device at POS device name (e.g. cash register at bar). Click OK.
    3. At Server name/IP address enter the IP address of the server. Click OK.
    4. After completing the form, a message appears stating that the device has been successfully registered on the server. You can return to the login screen via the arrow in the top left-hand corner
    5. Use the login code to log in and use the app

    If it appears an internet coonection error, try to chnage the port to 8080 and make sure that the display is connected via LAN and not via WIFI.
