    The connection shows to be successful, but still the widget is not working. What can I do?

    The Facebook Integration appears as enabled on the Reservation dashboard, but the reserve button doesn’t appear on the Facebook Page. This could be a technical glitch. To solve the issue, you need to…

     

    The Facebook Integration appears as enabled on the Reservation dashboard, but the reserve button doesn’t appear on the Facebook Page  

    This could be a technical glitch. To solve the issue, you need to disable the connection and make the integration again.  

    1. Login to DISH Reservation. 
    2. Disable the Facebook/Instagram connection and click save.  
    3. Navigate to the Facebook page and check the reservation button. If it disabled, the Reserve button should not appear.  
    4. Go to DISH Reservation and start the activation process to Reserve with Facebook and Instagram again.

    This could be a technical glitch. To solve the issue, you need to disable the connection on Facebook and make the integration again:  

    1. Go to Facebook.
    2. Click on Meta Business Suite. 
    3. Select Business Manager Profile you want to add the page.  
    4. Go to Business settings. 
    5. Click on connected apps under Integrations tab.  
    6. Select Mozrest and click on Remove app.  
    7. Navigate back to the page, click on the three dots on right side of header panel.  
    8. Click Edit Action button.  
    9. Click Delete button and save.  
    10. Go to DISH reservation dashboard and start integrating process again.
