In this Tutorial, you will learn how to add walk-in guests in your DISH Reservation tool.

 

Step-by-step instructions

  1. First, in your DISH Reservation dashboard, click on "WALK-IN" on the top right corner.
  2. Enter the necessary walk-in information in the new window that appears.
  3. If you need, you can add any notes under "Reservation notes" or guest details under "Internal guest information".
  4. Then click on "SAVE" to add the walk-in.

You can also use the filters to view and manage walk-ins, as they will not be listed under upcoming reservations.

To add a walk-in via the table plan, first:

  1. Click on "Table Plan."
  2. Then click on "Available" to see available tables and select a table.
  3. Next, click the green plus icon to add a booking.
  4. Fill in the required details (phone number and email are optional).
  5. Finally, click on "CREATE RESERVATION" to complete the booking.

That's it, the walk-in will should now appear under the "Arrived" section.
