Step-by-step instructions

To work with recycle deposits, you need to create deposit profiles on the Instapkassa Backoffice, which you assign to articles or article groups.

1. Click General and then select Package profiles
2. Next, click on + Add profile
3. Give the profile a name and then enter a price for the deposit, e.g. €0.15
4. Enter the profile's sales name
   1. This name will also appear in the Instapkassa app and on the customer's receipt
5. Click on Save

Assigning a packaging profile to a product group

1. Go to the main menu Articles and select Product groups
2. Use the editing icon to open the settings of a product group
   1. If you like to select a subgroup extend the top group by using the down-facing arrow next to it
3. Under the section Package profile, use the drop-down menu and select the corresponding profile
4. Click on Save to apply the changes
   1. The deposit profile entered now applies to each article in this article group

Assigning a packaging profile to a single product

1. Under the main menu Articles go to Products
2. Click on the editing icon of the article you like to assign a packaging profile to
3. Under the section Package profile, use the drop-down menu and select the corresponding profile
4. Click Save to apply the changes
