In this tutorial, we will show you how to downgrade your DISH Professional to DISH Starter.

Click on your profile icon.
Navigate to My Establishments to open your establishment settings.
Click on MY SUBSCRIPTIONS to view your subscription overview.
Click on Manage subscription to begin managing your current subscription.
Use the drop-down menu to choose the establishment you want to manage if you have multiple establishments.
Click on the Choose button next to the bundle you want to downgrade to.
Enter Confirm in the corresponding text field and then click on Confirm to proceed.
Review and update the details of your establishment as needed using the corresponding fields.
Check and correct your company information if necessary.
Review and update your customer information as needed.
After checking all information, click on Continue to proceed.
Review the summary of your purchase.
Accept the terms and conditions and acknowledge the privacy policy by setting the checkmark.
Click on Get to finalize the downgrade of your subscription.

That's it! You have successfully downgraded your DISH bundle.
