In this tutorial, we show you where you can create and edit existing menus. Particularly, you will see how to add a special menu.
Step-by-step instructions
How to Add a Special Menu on DISH Reservation:
- In the Admin Panel, go to the Menu section.
- Click on Add to create a new menu.
- Click on Special Menu to specify that you’re adding a special menu.
- Choose the time span during which the menu will be available.
- Type in the title of your new special menu.
- Under Define categories, add multiple categories if the menu belongs to any.
- If the menu doesn’t belong to a category, select "My Menu doesn't have categories!".
- Under Add dishes, enter the details for each dish:
- Dish name
- Dish description
- Diet(e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free)
- Quantity
- Price
- Click on SAVE to publish your new special menu.
- Use the slider to set the menu as active or inactive. Active menus are displayed to guests, while inactive menus are not.
