In this article, we will show you where you can manage your guest database.
Step-by-step instructions
How to search for guests and view reservations:
- Access the guest database by clicking Guests in the left menu.
- Then, search for a specific guest by using the search bar to enter the guest's name or email address.
- Click SEARCH to display the results.
Views
The search results will list guests with their information. Click to see detailed information about the guest and their booking history.
There you can edit the guest information and click SAVE to apply it.
To review your booking history, simply scroll to the bottom of the guest's page.
And finally, click Back to return to the guest overview.
How to download customer data:
- In the overview, you have download options:
- All customer data
- Guest data from the last four weeks
- Customer data from the newsletter
- Click the appropriate button to start the download .
