In this article, we show you how to adjust the production ticket's layout. This includes not only setting the font size, we also have a look at setting up how the items on a ticket will be displayed.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Starting from the dashboard, navigate to General and then select Product stations.
  2. Choose the production station which you want to adjust its ticket layout and click on the corresponding editing icon.
  3. You are now in the settings of your production station. At Ticket Layout you get three options to choose from:
  • Default: When setting the layout to Default, same items on the ticket will be printed accumulated.
  • Merged: Setting the ticket layout to Merged will accumulate the same items on the ticket and sort then based in courses and production follow order.
  • Chronological: If the ticket layout is set to Chronological, the items will appear on the production ticket in the order in which they were ordered, without being accumulated. When ordering in the POS, selecting multiple instances of the same article will display them as a single accumulated entry.
  1. Then at Production ticket font size, you can select between the font sizes:
  • Small (standard font size)
  • Medium
  • Large
  1. Once you adjusted the layout, click on Save to apply the changes.
