How to purchase the No-Show Card Guarantee Add-On?

The No-Show Add-On helps you protect your restaurant against lost revenue when guests do not arrive for their reservation. Once active, guests may be asked to provide a credit card guarantee, and you can charge a no-show fee if they don’t show up.
Step-by-step instructions
- Go to DISH: More reservations and profitable orders
- Enter your account credentials
- Click Log In
- Once logged in, select your establishment
- Click on Pricing
- Click Get Add-on in the No-Show section.
- Click Choose to continue.
- Review your Establishment information.
- Review your Company information.
- Check your Contact details and add any missing information.
- After reviewing all information, click Continue.
- Review the purchase details.
- Click Sign & Pay to proceed.
- Click Accept & Sign to confirm your order.
- Select your payment method.
- Click Pay.
- Your No-Show Add-On purchase is confirmed.
