In this tutorial, we will show you how to add a discount to a menu item.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Click on Menu Items under the KITCHEN section.
2. To edit your desired menu item, click on the pencil icon next to it.
3. Navigate to the Specials tab.
4. Choose the type of discount you want to apply:

- Click on Fixed Amount to set a static price reduction.

- Click on Percentage to set a discount as a percentage off the original price.

1. Set the Validity:

- Click Forever if you want the discount to be applied indefinitely.

- Alternatively, click Recurring to select specific days of the week and a time period during which the discount will apply.

1. To activate the discount, enable the switch.
2. Save your changes to update the menu item.
