How do I add and manage production stations?
Within DISH POS we work with 'production stations'. This determines on which printer or screen the product should be displayed or printed after an order.
In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to add and manage production stations.
Step-by-step instructions
In DISH POS, 'production stations' determine on which printer or screen the product should be displayed or printed after an order has been placed.
It is possible to have production tickets for a specific area displayed or printed on a particular printer or screen. DISH POS can also combine products so that certain combinations are printed on a specific printer.
These settings are configured with the handover of the system. If you want to make changes to the handling of the production tickets, please contact the DISH POS service desk.
Keep in mind, since changes have been made, you must send them to your system by navigating to the general settings.
- Go to General
- Then navigate to the sub-category General
- From there, click on Send to transmit the changes to your system
