Step-by-Step Guide
- Enter Customer Master Data
First, enter the master data for your customer in Fiskaltrust. Ensure that the postal code and city match. The entered name must not exceed 32 characters, so you may need to use creative abbreviations.
- Activate DATEV MeinFiskal Integration
• Go to the Overview tab.
• Click the toggle switch to activate the DATEV MeinFiskal integration.
- Start the Onboarding Process
• Wait for a yellow window to appear.
• Click on Start Onboarding / Show Credentials to begin the onboarding process.
• Note: Once activated, the process must be completed within 4 days.
- Set Up Password
• A pop-up will appear prompting you to create a password.
• Enter a password that meets the specified password requirements.
• Click Save.
- Login to the DATEV MeinFiskal Account
• Click on Go to Login.
• Enter the customer’s primary email and the password you set earlier.
• Click Login.
• You can now close the pop-up.
- Confirm the Integration
• Check if another pop-up appears. If not, refresh your browser.
• If the pop-up appears, check the box Automatically approve in the future without confirmation.
• Click I agree to authorize the DATEV integration.
