    How do I close the shifts on my device?

    When an employee logs into the POS system, a shift is started by selecting a cash drawer or wallet.

    In this tutorial, we will show you how you can close shifts on your device.

    Steps for shift management

    In the top left corner, you will see the hamburger menu (3 lines). When you click the 'hamburger menu', a list of features appears, including Shift management.

    When an employee logs into the POS system, a shift is started by selecting a cash drawer or wallet. All services are closed automatically on a daily basis, but it is also possible to close services manually. If you are working with multiple cash drawers, closing the service also allows you to start a zero count for the particular cash drawer.
