Step-by-step instructions
How to Search for Guests and View Reservations:
- Access the guest database by Clicking on Guests on the menu on the left.
- Then, search for a specific guest by using the search bar to enter the guest’s name or e-mail address.
- Click on SEARCH to display the results.
View
The search results will list guests with their information. Click on to see detailed information about the guest and their reservation history.
There you can edit guest's information and click on SAVE to apply them.
To review the reservation history, simply scroll to the bottom of the guest’s page.
And finally, click on Back to return to the guest overview.
How to Download Customer Data:
- In the overview, you have options to download:
- All customer data
- Guest data from the last four weeks
- Newsletter customer data
- Click on the appropriate button to start the download.
