- In the Sensitivity menu (2), choose Unrestricted.

Which date to use: Use the day the orders will be handled, which is the next working day, not the day you prepare the file.
- Prepared on Thursday, October 29, 2026 → AllTransfer_20261030 (Friday)
- Prepared on Friday, October 30, 2026 → AllTransfer_20261102 (Monday)
Final check
Before you close the file, make sure that:
- The All sheet still contains every order and has no filter active.
- There are four family sheets named Dish POS, Dish Pay, DPL and Dish Order.
- Each family sheet starts with the header row in row 1.
- The file name uses the date of the next working day and the sensitivity is set to Unrestricted.
Your report is now organized by hardware family and ready to be used.
