1. To begin creating a manual newsletter, navigate to the top menu and click on "Promotions." This is your gateway to all marketing and communication tools available in your KI-Marketingassistent dashboard.

2. From the Promotions dropdown menu, select "Create a newsletter." This will take you to the newsletter creation hub, where you can start building your campaign from scratch.

3. On the Message Customers page, click "Start now" under the "Send a newsletter to your customers" section. This launches the newsletter builder, where you'll be able to send a message via email, SMS, or social networks.

4. You'll now be asked how you'd like to create your newsletter: "✨ With AI ✨" or "Manually." We will first walk you through the AI-powered option, designed to save you time while still producing a polished result.

5. Simply type in the topic you'd like your newsletter to focus on, in our example, we used "Event." Once you're ready, click "Generate a Newsletter" and let the AI do the work.

6. Within seconds, you'll see a preview of your newsletter, complete with a relevant headline and imagery generated based on your topic. This gives you an instant starting point to refine further.

7. At this stage, you have three choices: edit the content, send yourself a preview to review, or click "Next" to continue. Take a moment to review everything before moving on.

8. If you are not entirely satisfied with the result, use the "What do you want to talk about?" field to provide more context or details, helping the AI better tailor the newsletter to your needs.

9. Scroll back to the top and click "Next" to move forward with your updated newsletter.

10. Here, you can narrow down exactly who receives your newsletter. Click on the "Filter" dropdown to access demographic and behavioral filtering options for your customer list.

11. Here you can select to send a message via e-mail or App.

12. Once you've selected your desired filters, click "Next" to proceed to the scheduling and compliance step.

13. Decide whether this newsletter should be a one-time send or a recurring campaign. Choose "Not recurring" for a single send, or "Repeat every..." if you'd like to automate future sends on a set schedule.

14. Before sending, you'll need to check the privacy terms box.
This confirms that your customers have opted in to receive communications and that you're complying with applicable marketing regulations.

15. You're ready to go! Click "Send message now" to deliver your newsletter to your selected audience.

16. Next, we'll walk you through creating a newsletter manually for those who prefer full creative control over their content and design.

17. Start by entering a subject line for your newsletter, in this example, we used "Event." This will appear as the subject your customers see in their inbox.

18. Under the "Content" tab, you'll find a variety of building blocks, text, images, GIFs, buttons, dividers, spacers, social links, videos, HTML, and product blocks, to fully customize your message.

19. Switch to the "Structure" tab to choose how your content blocks are arranged on the page, giving your newsletter a clean and organized layout.

20. The "Settings" tab lets you fine-tune the visual details of your email, including preview text, template width, background colors, button colors, and font styling, ensuring your newsletter aligns with your brand.

21. Scroll down and click on "Image" to upload or select a visual that complements your newsletter content.

22. Click on "Social post" to add a corresponding message that can be shared across your social media channels alongside your newsletter.

23. Enter your social media message (up to 500 characters) in the provided field, then click "Next" to continue.

24. Take a look at how your newsletter will appear. This preview reflects all the content, structure, and styling choices you've made so far.

25. Once you're happy with the preview, click "Next" to proceed to selecting your recipient list.

26. Just as with the AI method, you can filter your audience by demographics and behavior here. Make your selections, then click "Next" to continue.

27. Choose whether this will be a one-time newsletter or a recurring campaign, just as outlined in the AI workflow.

28. Check the privacy terms box to confirm your customer list has consented to receive your communications.

29. Click "Send message now" to finalize and deliver your manually created newsletter to your chosen audience.
