31 STEPS

1. To begin creating your campaign, open your DISH Guest Marketing dashboard and click on Promotions in the top navigation bar.

2. From the Promotions drop-down menu, select Create a newsletter to start setting up your message.

3. On the Message customers page, click the Start now button under the newsletter option.

4. You can choose to build your message manually or use our built-in AI assistant. Let’s start by selecting ✨ With AI ✨

5. Enter a brief description of your promotion, target audience, or specific message details into the text box, then click Generate a Newsletter.

6. Our system will instantly generate a tailored template for you. Scroll down to review the layout.

7. If you’d like to adjust the visual design or content manually, simply click the Edit button.

8. To review how the message appears in an inbox before launching, click Send preview.

9. If you aren't completely satisfied with the initial draft, provide additional details in the text area below and click Generate a Newsletter again to refine it.

10. Once you are happy with your preview, click Next to move to customer targeting.

11. To target a specific segment of your audience, click on Filter.

12. Here, you can refine your recipient list based on age, gender, birthday month, app activity, or customer groups.

13. Select your preferred delivery methods - such as sending via e-mail or as an in-app notification.

14. Review your selected reach numbers and click Next to proceed to final delivery options.

15. Select whether this campaign is a one-time blast (Not recurring) or a campaign that automatically repeats on a set interval (Repeat every...).

16. Please ensure you review and check the Privacy terms checkbox to confirm compliance with marketing regulations.

17. Click Send message now to immediately publish and distribute your newsletter.

18. Now, we will show you how to create a custom campaign manually. Select Manually from the campaign setup prompt.

19. Type in a descriptive, engaging subject line (in example we use 'Event') in the Message subject field.

20. In the Content tab, drag and drop basic elements like text, images, buttons, or dividers to craft your message.

21. Click the Structure tab to adjust column arrangements and overall email layout.

22. Use the Settings tab to change background colors, typography, hyperlink styles, and global email parameters.

23. Scroll down to the Image section to upload or select custom graphics from your media library.

24. Under the Social post section, you can add a brief promotional message (up to 500 characters) for social media sharing.

25. Once your custom content, images, and social posts are ready, click Next.

26. Review the full preview of your manually done newsletter design.

27. As mentioned in the AI version, scroll down if you need to perform additional edits, send a test email, or ask AI to assist in regenerating sections.

28. When your design is complete, click Next.

29. Confirm your target recipient filters and communication channels as previously shown, then click Next.

30. Select your recurrence frequency, accept the privacy terms, and click Send message now to send your newsletter.

31. Congratulations! You have successfully created and launched your DISH Guest Marketing campaign.
