DISH Order helps restaurants in Croatia manage and publish their price lists in line with the new price regulation. You can update your prices, add anchor prices, and publish the required price information directly from the Back Office.

What do you need to know?

The regulation requires restaurants to:

  • Display the anchor price, meaning the price valid on 10 September 2026, alongside the current price, including in the online shop.
  • Publish a machine-readable price list on their website and keep previous versions publicly available for at least 30 days.
Important: Restaurants are responsible for ensuring that their price information is accurate and complies with the regulation. DISH Order provides the tools to manage and publish the information but does not verify the accuracy of the prices entered.

How to update and publish your price list

You manage your price list in the DISH Order Back Office under Restaurant > Price list.

The Price list page in the Back Office: download, edit and upload your price list in three steps.

At the top of the page, a notice reminds you that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your prices, anchor prices and anchor price dates. The Upload history at the bottom lists every price list you have published so far.

1. Download your price list

Click Download Price list. You receive a pre-filled Excel file containing your menu items, category options, menu item options, delivery area fees, payment method fees, and their current prices.

2. Enter your price information

Open the file in Excel and check each line. Update the current price where needed, and enter the anchor price and its date for each line. You can optionally add the lowest price in the last 30 days.

Tip: Keep the file in the template format. Do not rename the sheet, remove columns or change the IDs, otherwise the upload check will fail. Save the file as XLSX or XLS.

3. Upload your file

Back on the Price list page, drag your Excel file into the upload area or click Choose file and select it. Then click Upload and check. Only Excel files (XLSX or XLS) in the template format are accepted.

The selected file is shown above the Upload and check button. Use Replace file to pick a different one.

4. Review the summary of changes

DISH Order checks the file format and highlights any errors that need to be corrected. If there are errors, fix them in Excel and upload the file again. Once the file is valid, you see a summary with:

  • Price changes: how many current prices will change
  • Anchor price changes: how many anchor prices will change
  • Rows checked: how many lines were read from the file

A valid file: review the number of changes before you publish.

Below the summary, two reminders explain what is and is not imported: rows marked DA import the anchor price but not the current price, and special forms of sale, their names and the lowest price in the last 30 days are not imported into DISH Order.

Not right? Click Cancel or Replace file to start again. Nothing changes until you confirm.

5. Confirm and publish

Before you click: publishing updates your prices in DISH Order immediately, and the uploaded file becomes publicly available on your price list page.

Click Confirm and publish. A green banner confirms that the price list is published and shows the name of the public file. The new file appears at the top of the Upload history with the status Current; earlier uploads show as Public. You can download any previous upload with the Download button. The download contains the full uploaded file, including the technical columns.

After publishing, the new file is marked Current in the Upload history.

6. Check your public price list page (Cjenik)

Your price list is published on a public Cjenik page. Customers find it through the Cjenik link in the footer of your online shop.

The page lists the current price list and all price lists published in the last 30 days. Each file can be opened with Preuzmi Excel (download Excel), which makes the data available in machine-readable form.

7. Check the anchor prices in your online shop

The anchor price and its date appear on each menu item card, directly below the current price, in the format Sidrena cijena na dan [date]: € [price].

Good to know

  • Available in Croatia only: The feature is currently available for Croatian restaurants.
  • Upload only when prices change: You do not need to upload your price list on a fixed schedule. A new upload is required whenever prices change.
  • Changes made outside the Price list page: If you change a price elsewhere in the Back Office, you must upload a new price list to update the published information.
  • Previous versions stay public for 30 days: Earlier uploads remain on your Cjenik page for 30 days. All previous uploads can be downloaded from the Upload history in the Back Office.
  • You remain responsible for price accuracy: DISH Order validates the file format but does not check whether the prices or anchor prices are correct. Make sure all information is accurate before publishing.
  • Keep your price information up to date: Use the Price list page in the DISH Order Back Office to manage your prices and publish the required information for your customers.
