What is Mondu?

Mondu is a leading B2B Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment provider, enabling DISH to offer customers flexible payment options. In partnership with DISH , Mondu handles payment processing for POS hardware and setup costs.

Available payment options & installment payment periods

The following payment methods are available when purchasing DISH POS hardware and setup services through Mondu:

1 installment – 30 days

Payment in 60 days

1 installment – 60 days

Payment in 90 days

1 installment – 90 days

Installment payment

3, 6 or 12 monthly installments

The availability of certain payment options may depend on the company profile and the credit check by Mondu.

Interest rates

Mondu is a bank-like institution and reserves the right to calculate the interest rate flexibly based on the calculated risk. As of May 2026, this rate is between 7% and 9.99%.

Division of tasks: DISH & Mondu

DISH and Mondu have clearly defined roles in the ordering process. It's important to understand who is responsible for invoicing what:

 

DISH

Mondu

Supplies POS hardware & software

Manages payment for hardware & setup

Charges monthly POS license fees

Bills for hardware and one-time setup costs

Takes care of service and technical support

Processes payment requests & installment plans

Contact person for software/service problems

Contact person for billing and payment questions

Customers will receive two separate invoices: one from DISH (monthly license) and one from Mondu (hardware & setup). Please contact the appropriate representative if you have any questions.
