Welcome to the DISH Pay Now app! In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to send a refund!

Step-by-step instructions

1. Once you open the DISH Pay app and you would like to access your transaction list, click on the menu icon on the upper left corner.

   

2. Select Transactions.

   

3. You will now be able to see all your transactions made for your account.

   

4. Once you have selected a transaction from your transaction list, you are able to initiate a refund by tapping the Refund button

1. To validate the refund, enter your Owner pincode.

1. If you can't remember the Pin code, you can reset it directly from this screen by tapping Reset pincode.

1. A pop-up will explain the next step, the app will log you out automatically, and you will need to log in with your credentials and set up a new one.

That's it! You should now be able to send a refund within your DISH Pay app!
