Welcome to the DISH Pay app! In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to log in, do your first transaction and add tipping!

Step-by-step instructions

1. To start the App, press the Login button:

   

2. Next, you will have to enter your DISH account login details. Your login details are made from your email address (or phone number) + password:

   

3. Once Logged In, you can start accepting transactions. To do that, input the amount you would like to charge:

   

1. If you want to add a tipping amount, you can press + Add a tip. You will be able to input any amount from here. Input the amount and press Add tip, you can now see the order amount as well as the tipping amount to charge.

1. You can edit the tipping amount if necessary. To do so, press Edit tip. Once the amount to charge is final, press the Charge button.
2. Now simply tap the card on the device to process the payment, and you'll get the result instantly!

1. If a transaction fails, you will be notified on your screen. If that is the case, you can either retry or ask the cardholder for a different payment method.

That's it! You should now be able to log in, do your first transaction and add tipping within your DISH Pay app!
