In this tutorial, we will show you where you can not only view, create and edit reservations but also how to manage reservation requests.

Step-by-step instructions

How to Manage Reservations in DISH Reservation:

  1. How to Access Reservations:

- From the dashboard, select the Reservations menu to have an overview of your reservations.

  1. How to Add a Reservation:

- Click on ADD RESERVATION.

- A new window will open where you can enter essential reservation details.

- Fill in the guest's information, where you must provide either the first name or last name.

- If you have additional notes, enter them under Reservation Notes.

- For extra guest details, use the Internal Guest Information fields.

- Click SAVE to add the reservation.

  1. How to View and Manage Reservations:

- After saving, you will return to the overview, where you can see the added reservation.

- Use the drop-down menu to cancel a reservation or mark it as arrived.

  1. How to Add a Walk-In:

- Click on WALK-IN.

- Enter the walk-in details in the new window.

- Add any notes under Reservation Notes and additional guest details under Internal Guest Information.

- Click SAVE to add the walk-in.

  1. How to Filter Reservations:

- Use the filter options to view walk-ins differently from upcoming reservations.

- Click on a reservation to view or adjust further details.

  1. How to End a Reservation:

- Click on END RESERVATION to set a table as finished.

  1. How to Manage Upcoming Reservations:

- For upcoming reservations, you can mark them as "Arrived" or as a "No Show".

- Send a reminder using the REMIND button, but make sure an email address or phone number is provided if the reservation was added manually.

  1. How to Review Different Dates:

- Use the calendar function or arrow keys to navigate and manage reservations on different dates.
