Updating Your DISH PAY App on DISH Pay Now Devices

When you open the app, you may see a message telling you that a new update is required. This ensures you always have the latest features, improvements, and security updates for the DISH PAY app.

Below is exactly what happens and what you need to do.

Pre-requisites:

1. Make sure the device is connected to Wi-Fi
2. In case it is asked, have your Gmail account and password at hand,

Open the DISH PAY app	The DISH PAY app loads on the screen
Log in to your DISH account if you are not logged in already and click Continue	If a required update is available, you will get the below pop-up screen
You will be redirected to Google Play Store. Click on Update	The update process will start. This can take 1-2 minutes
Once the update is complete, you will be automatically redirected back to the app

If You Don’t See the Update Pop-Up screen

Go to Google Play Store, and search for “DISH PAY”

• If there is an update, you will see an Update button
• If you are already using the most recent version of the app, you will see an Open button
