In this article, you will learn how to disable your automated ticket printing.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Access the General settings section of the DISH POS back-office.
  2. Proceed to the Facilities tab.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the facility you want to modify.
  4. You can now view and edit the general settings for your POS.
  5. Check or uncheck the box next to Automatic Ticket Printing.

    Unchecking this will stop tickets from being printed.

     
  6. Click the info button if you need more details. A pop-up will provide further information.
  7. Click Save to apply the changes.

That's it! Automated ticket printing is now disabled.
