In this article, you will learn how to disable your automated ticket printing.
Step-by-step instructions
- Access the General settings section of the DISH POS back-office.
- Proceed to the Facilities tab.
- Click the pencil icon next to the facility you want to modify.
- You can now view and edit the general settings for your POS.
- Check or uncheck the box next to Automatic Ticket Printing.
Unchecking this will stop tickets from being printed.
- Click the info button if you need more details. A pop-up will provide further information.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
That's it! Automated ticket printing is now disabled.
