How to edit or modify a No-Show reservation?

A reservation that is guaranteed via No-Show Add-On settings can only be changed directly by the restaurant.
Guests cannot modify or cancel such reservations themselves, they must contact the restaurant directly.
This ensures that any changes are properly tracked and that potential no-show fees are applied correctly.
Step-by-step instructions
- Log in to your DISH Reservation back office.
- Go to Reservations → Overview.
- Use the search or filter options to find the reservation you want to edit (by guest name, date, or time).
- Click on the reservation to open the details view.
- Depending on the situation, you can:
- Edit the reservation details (e.g. time, number of guests, notes).
- Cancel the reservation if the guest will not attend.
- Save your changes.
- Only card-guaranteed reservations that meet the No-Show Add-On criteria (e.g. late cancellations or no-shows) can be selected for charging.
- Guests cannot edit or cancel such reservations online.
