Step-by-step instructions
- Log in to your DISH Reservation account.
- Go to Settings → No-Shows.
- Check your KYC status:
- ✅ If your KYC is approved, you will see the settings page.
- ⚠️ If your KYC is not approved, a warning message will appear, and you will not be able to proceed.

👉 Learn more about the KYC process
- Under Settings, define your No-Show Card Guarantee Add-on configuration:
- The days and times when the no-show fee should apply.
- The fee amount per guest.
- The minimum number of guests required for the fee to apply.
Late cancellations for which a no-show fee can be charged are considered those made less than 24 hours before the actual reservation time.
This setting is automatically applied for all reservations that meet the other criteria you define above.
- Click Save to activate the No-Show Add-On.
✅ Important notes
- The request for card details (card guarantee) will only be shown to guests after both prerequisites are fulfilled:
- Your KYC has been successfully approved.
- Your No-Show Add-On settings have been completed and saved.
- Requesting bank card details is not done for all reservations; it only applies according to your defined No-Show Add-on settings. Charging the guest also does not happen automatically. You actually have the flexibility to decide which guests should be charged by clicking a button.
What’s next?
