Retrieving payments that could not be linked to an order- DISH POS Lite

Steps

On the Tablet, you can correct unexpected payments in the DISH PO-Lite app. Go to the top left menu and click "Unexpected payments". Here you will find orders that have been paid twice. An example of a situation where this can occur is when a payment is done via both DISH POS- Lite Payment as well as the cash register.

A filter is visible on the screen which can be used to search by date and time. Click on the search result at the bottom of the screen. The order which has been paid twice will be shown on the display screen.
