How do I modify the QR Payment message?

In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to modify the QR payment messages.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. The first step for you to modify QR payment messages is to click on Self-service.
  2. Then, click on Sales channels.
  3. In the overview of the sales channel, click on the pencil icon, next to the QR - Payment option.
  4. A new window will appear, click on Content on the menu.
Note: Depending on the settings you chose while creating the QR Ordering sales channel, you are going to have different text fields displayed.
  1. You can write personalized messages in the different text fields for:
    1. whenever a guest places an order and chooses the option Pay later and then pays the whole order;
    2. whenever a guest places an order and chooses the option Pay later;
    3. whenever a guest places an order and pays immediately. 
  2. Don't forget to click on Save in order to not lose the changes made
There is no need to send provisioning, as the added text will be updated automatically.

That's it. You now know how to modify QR payments messages.

Keep in mind, since changes have been made, you must send them to your system by navigating to the general settings.
  1. Go to General
  2. Then navigate to the sub-category General
  3. From there, click on Send to transmit the changes to your system
