How to purchase and setup our new DISH Reservation Premium SMS package?

We are making an important update to the DISH Reservation SMS service. Starting Apr 15, 2025, we're introducing a new SMS option to improve your guest communication. This page will provide you a full overview about this change, answer some frequently asked questions, and show you how and where to update your SMS package.

What is the new SMS package about?
It is a paid Add-On for DISH Reservation that allows restaurants to send SMS notifications to guests, including the new confirmation SMS, reminder and cancellation SMS. It’s paid monthly in addition to your existing subscription and can be cancelled on a monthly basis- following our Terms and Conditions.
What are we doing?
We want to provide restaurateurs full flexibility in communicating with your customers by introducing an additional SMS option.
What are the benefits of the new SMS package?
- Includes the new Confirmation SMS
- Full control over which SMS to send via the Admin Panel
- Unlimited SMS during the first 6 months of launch
- Helps reduce no-shows and improves guest communication
Why do we change to this new SMS package model?
When managing reservations and communication with your guests, flexibility is key. Therefore, we want to provide additional options you can choose based on your needs. Unfortunately, increasing SMS traffic also comes with extra cost - which we tried to keep as low as possible for you (0,04€/ SMS)

What happens if I don’t do anything?
Until May 14, 2025, SMS will still be sent. From May 15, 2025, SMS will be disabled unless the Add-On is purchased.

How to purchase the new bundle via the DISH self purchasing flow:

  1. Go to https://www.acc.dish.co
  2. Enter your account credentials
  3. Click Log In
  4. Once logged in, select your establishment
  5. Click on Pricing
  6. Scroll down to find the SMS Package section
  7. Under Add-ons, locate the Premium SMS Package
  8. Click Choose to continue
  9. Review your provided information
  10. Scroll down and click Continue
  11. Accept the Terms and Conditions
  12. Click Buy now
  13. If prompted, set up your preferred Payment Method
  14. Click Pay
  15. Wait for the payment to process (⚠️ do not refresh the page)
  16. Once the payment is successful, click Return to Main Site
  17. You should receive a confirmation email with the details

Once you have purchased the Premium SMS Package, go to your DISH Reservation Admin Panel and choose your preferred SMS settings.

Premium SMS Package includes SMS to confirm reservations, cancel reservations and send reservation reminders. Send unlimited SMS until 15.11.25. After that, send up to 200 SMS/month. SMS exceeding the 200 SMS/month will cost €0.04. Cancel anytime. Only available for DISH Professional Reservation and Premium subscriptions.

  1. Open the DISH Reservation Admin Panel
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Then, click on Notifications
  4. You are now in the Notification Settings section
  5. Here, you can check the boxes to activate specific SMS notifications

Options include:

  • Reservation confirmations
  • Cancellations (by the restaurant)
  • Reminder messages before the reservation
  • Or any combination of the above

Once you’ve selected your preferences, changes are applied automatically.
