Setting up the imprint for a sales channel

In this article we are going to show you how to set up the imprint for a sales channel

For QR and Order2POS, it may be mandatory in your country to include an imprint. In this tutorial, we will demonstrate where you can find the imprint settings in the backoffice and guide you how to customize the relevant text.

Imprint should be visible in the backoffice. If this is not the case, please contact DISH POS support.

Steps

  1. Open DISH POS backoffice and go to Self service.
  2. Click on Sales channels.
  3. Click on the pencil icon of your desired sales channel. This applies to QR, not to kiosk/ grab&go/ Selfservice. 
  4. Click on Legal notice.
  5. Scroll down to find the Imprint field, This is where you can add the imprint text that will be visible when a customer visits the imprint section. Insert your imprint.
  6. Click on Save.
  7. To send the changes to your server, go to General.
  8. Click on General and then finally on Send.

After 10 min, the inserted imprint will be visible.
