How to cancel an order with reasoning?

In this tutorial, we show you how to cancel an order with reasoning.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Tap Open Orders to view the orders.
  2. Tap on the desired order you want to manage and tap on Cancel.
  3. Choose the reason for the order cancellation to inform your customer.
  4. Click on CANCEL ORDER to proceed.
  5. Confirm your cancellation by clicking YES.

The order has been cancelled, and the customer is informed about the cancellation reason. The customer will receive an email notifying them about the cancellation.
