Administration panel walkthrough of DISH Website

In this article, we are going to show you the functions of the administration panel of DISH Website.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Firstly, you need to Log In to Your DISH Website Account through the link https://website.dish.co.
  2. Once logged in, you will be automatically redirected to your Dashboard. This provides an overview of the traffic on your website.
  3. You can edit restaurant information by clicking on Restaurant Details in the menu.
  4. Then it's possible to adjust your opening hours by selecting Opening Hours under the settings menu. You can update the hours of operation for your main location or set opening hours for any additional addresses if applicable.
  5. By going to the section Categories, you can update your business category.
  6. You can update your services, by clicking on Services. Modify or add services that your establishment provides. This impacts your visibility on search engines.
  7. Then you can manage payment options, by selecting Payment Options you can enable or disable various payment methods available to your customers.
  8. Then navigate to Restaurant Menu to update your menu, you can upload a new menu document or create a PDF from images of your menu.
  9. In Offerings, you can update types of cuisine and other general offers. Choose your main cuisine carefully as it impacts automated text and search engine results.
  10. In Analytics, you can enter your analytics code to track website performance.
  11. To configure reservations, click on Reservations and set your preferences for receiving reservations through your website.
  12. Select Food Ordering to enable or disable the takeaway order form.
  13. To modify the design features of your website, click on Design Template. Browse through available templates and choose one.
  14. Click APPLY to activate the selected template.
  15. If you desire a custom template, go to Template Customization.
  16. Adjust the colour scheme of your website (premium feature). Modify fonts and upload your establishment's logo. Scroll further to upload a background image, set its colour, and adjust opacity.
  17. Then, click on Gallery Media and upload images of your establishment to the gallery.
  18. If you want to edit the website description, go to Description.
  19. Update the welcome title, meta description, and main description of your website.
  20. To activate the AI description function, click on Automatic. Note: This feature is included only in DISH Professional.
  21. Click Generate to create a Google-optimized description based on your establishment’s details.
  22. Your existing description will be replaced. Click OK to proceed.
  23. Add a tagline to enhance the impact of your website, by clicking on Tagline.
  24. Enable the translation function to display your website in different languages (premium feature).
  25. If you want to add content blocks click on Content in the menu bar. Select and add content blocks to provide more information about your establishment.
  26. Go to Section Layout, to adjust the website layout, you can drag and drop content blocks to rearrange your website’s structure.
  27. Update the Legal information by clicking on Legal. Adjust your website’s imprint and privacy policy.
  28. You can choose between using your own privacy policy or the default one. Click the blue link to view the default policy.
  29. It's also possible to edit the Web Address by updating your website address or enter an external domain. Check if your domain is active.
  30. Then you can click on DISH Weblisting and connect your DISH website with DISH Weblisting to manage all social information.
  31. To manage your data go to Your Data and change existing personal data or export it if needed.
  32. To update user profile information and change your password click on Profile.
  33. If you wish to delete your establishment, log in to your DISH account and follow the deletion process.
