How do I manage the amount of online reservations I receive?

In this tutorial, you will learn how to manage the amount of online reservations you receive.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. First, go to the menu on the left and select Settings.
  2. Then, click on Reservation Limits and a window will appear showing all your current reservation limits.
  3. To add a new limit, click on ADD NEW LIMIT.
You can choose to limit the number of online reservations your restaurant can accept, but if you want to stop online reservations entirely, click on "Do not accept any online reservations".

You can also choose whether to stop online reservations for the entire restaurant or for specific areas. To do that:

  1. Select the areas you want to disable online reservations for.
  2. Decide whether to stop online reservations for a full day or for specific hours (custom time).
  3. If you choose custom time, select the time period you want and click Next to move to the next step.
  4. Choose whether to disable online reservations on a specific day or on a recurring day (e.g., every Monday). Select the option you prefer.
  5. If you choose a specific day, pick the date or time period on the calendar.
  6. If you choose a recurring day, select the day(s) you want to apply the limit to.
  7. Once you've set the details, click on ADD THIS LIMIT.

Alternatively, you can reduce the number of seats available for online reservations. To do that:

  1. Click on Change online reservation capacity.
  2. Enter the number of seats you want to make available for online reservations.
  3. Choose whether to apply this limit for a full day or for specific hours (custom time) and If you choose custom time, set the time period.
  4. Click Next to continue.
  5. Choose whether to apply this limit on a specific day or on recurring days.
  6. After entering the details, click ADD THIS LIMIT.

Your new reservation limit will be added, and you'll return to the overview. To view all your configured reservation limits, click on Show more.
