How do I assign allergens and additives to a product?

In this article, we are going to show you how to assign allergens and additives to products.

Step-by-step instructions

It is possible to set different allergens and additives for products.

  1. In the main menu of the DISH POS Backoffice under Articles, click on the category Products
  2. Click the pencil icon next to the product. In the menu that appears, click product information. Place a checkmark next to the relevant allergens and additives and click Save
It is also possible to use the 'allergens' tab to check the relevant allergens next to the items.
  1. Go to General > General and click Send, to implement the changes.

When a guest now selects allergens on your QR order site, an icon of the relevant allergen will be shown next to the product.
