Step-by-step instructions

Managing Your Reservation Settings in DISH Reservation

  1. Access Reservation Settings

- Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu.

- Select Reservations.

  1. Configure Reservation Channels

- In the Channels section, choose the channels through which you want to receive reservations by toggling the switches.

  1. Set Lead Time for Reservations

- Use the Lead Time section to configure how many days in advance reservations can be made and how much notice is required for online reservations.

  1. Adjust Group Size and Auto-Confirmation

- In the Administration section, set the group size limit for automatic reservation confirmation.

  1. Engagement Settings

- Under Engagement, specify when guests will receive reminders about their reservations and set up feedback requests.

  1. Manage Capacity and Reservation Duration

- Use the Capacity section to adjust group size limits and options regarding the duration of reservations.

  1. Communicate with Guests via Online Widget

- In this section, add any additional information you want to display to guests booking through the online widget. You can also make COVID-19 guest information mandatory.

  1. Set Booking Limits

- Under Booking Limit, set a maximum number of guests allowed to book per interval by clicking on the + Booking limit button.

  1. Save Your Settings

- After making all necessary adjustments, click SAVE to apply the changes.
