Welcome to the DISH Pay app! In this article, we are going to provide some information and solutions on common issues you might encounter while using the DISH Pay app!

When attempting to log in, you may encounter various errors. Below you'll find a compilation of common issues and their solutions.

NFC Unavailability:

If NFC (Near Field Communication) is not accessible, you won't be able to read payment cards. To resolve this, you need to activate NFC in your mobile device settings.

The NFC functionality is currently unavailable:

NFC enables the reading of payment cards. This issue may arise due to your device lacking NFC capabilities or a defective NFC chip. We recommend attempting the transaction using an alternative device.

Devices screen lock is not enabled:

To prioritize privacy and security, it is essential to have the screen lock enabled through either a PIN or a pattern. Simply navigate to Settings to confirm that this feature is activated.

Update available:

When a new version of the application is accessible, a pop-up message will appear automatically. Simply click on "update" to guarantee that you are utilizing the most recent version and have access to the latest features.

No internet connection:

To initiate the transition process, an active internet connection is essential. Make sure that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network and input the password if prompted by your network. Navigate to the Settings option to access the appropriate configuration screen.
