How can I add and manage a printer?

In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to add and manage the printer.

Step-by-step instructions

At Printers you will find the configured printers within the system. It is not recommended to change these yourself. If you want to make any changes to the printers, we advise you to contact the DISH POS service desk.

Keep in mind, since changes have been made, you must send them to your system by navigating to the general settings.
  1. Go to General
  2. Then navigate to the sub-category General
  3. From there, click on Send to transmit the changes to your system
