How do I set up coupons in my webshop?

In this article, we are going to show you how to set up coupons in DISH Order.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. The first step consists of clicking on MARKETING, in the DISH Order dashboard.
  2. Then, click on Coupons.
  3. Click +New to create a coupon, or click on a pencil icon to adjust an existing coupon.
  4. First enter the coupon Name, in the respective text field.
  5. Then, describe your type of discount in the Description field. 
  6. Here, you can choose where your coupons will be displayed by clicking on the checkboxes.
  7. Under the Code field you can also assign an individual code to the coupon.
  8. If this option "No code required" is selected, the coupon is added automatically once the order matches the requirements.
  9. Now set the Promotion Type by clicking on the respective function Order discount or Item discount.
  10. Then, select the discount type between Free item, Fixed Amount or Percentage.
  11. You can either make the coupon applicable to one specific menu item or the lowest value one menu item from a specific category.
  12. Depending on which option you have chosen, select the desired Item now.
  13. Under Requirements, you can set your conditions for the coupon by clicking on specific Items or Total Amounts. Enter the Minimum Total of your voucher requirement here.
  14. Under Maximum coupon uses you can set the redemption amount of the voucher as well as Customer Redemptions.
  15. Under Validity you can set the Order Restriction whether the coupon is limited to a certain order type as well as the Timeframe it can be redeemed.
  16. To confirm your choices, click Save.
