How do I manage my orders without using the order terminal?

In this article, we show you how to manage your orders without using the order terminal

Maybe your order terminal is not working correctly, the battery is empty or you simply don't have access to it right now but you want to manage your incoming orders. To do so, you have to access the DISH Order dashboard. From there you can get back to managing your orders properly.

Instructions

In order to access your order in the DISH Order dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your dish.co account
  2. Select the DISH Order tool of your establishment
  3. Click on Open Tool to access the dashboard
  4. From there, go to SELL and select Orders
  5. You then have an overview of your current orders and can manage them
