How do I reply to customer feedback?

In this tutorial, we will show you where you can manage the customer feedback and also reply to the corresponding customer.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Start by accessing the DISH Reservation admin panel and click on Feedback to manage your reviews.
  2. To respond to a customer review, click on Reply.
  3. Then, enter the message you want to send to your customer. That the message will be sent via email.
  4. Lastly, click on Reply to send the message.
  5. To publish the feedback on your website, click on Publish.
