We show you how to cancel an order with reasoning in the Dashboard

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your DISH Order Dashboard.
  2. Click on the submenu Orders under Sales.
  3. Click on the current status of your desired order, then select Cancelled.
  4. A new window pops-up where you can enter the reason of the cancellation, and the cancellation message for the customer. Then, click on Save.
  5. Cancel the payment by clicking on the current payment status.
