How do I deactivate an EFT after the client has stopped using the POS?

In this article, we are going to show you how to deactivate an EFT after the client has stopped using the POS in the EFSTA Portal.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. The first step is to click on Companies.
  2. Select the concerned client from the list. 
  3. Click on the corresponding numbers in the EFR column.
  4. Then click on the ID number in the new window.
  5. A new window will open, then click on the Deactivate Register.
  6. For confirming the action, click on OK
  7. You'll have to repeat this step for all the affected EFRs. 

That's it. You now know how to deactivate an EFT after the client has stopped using the POS.
