Example for multiple active promotions
While runnung two promotions, where a hamburger menu costs €8.60 instead of €10.40 for the single items (hamburger €6.30 + softdrink €4.10) and a promotion where the second soft drink is free.
The system will not create a hamburger menu at €8.60 when a customer orders a hamburger and 2 sotdrinks but instead choose the individual products since the promotion of the second free soft drink is more advantageous for the guest.

🎓 Step-by-Step Instructions

Setting up a combo deal

A combo deal is a combination of at least 2 items that will result in a discount. Those could be either specific items or items of a product group.

For the combo deal, you can choose between a fixed discounted amount, a percentage or a complete new price.

How does it work?
For example, you sell a hamburger menu consisting of a drink, hamburger and fries. When the employee taps these items separately, the promotion module will automatically recognise the combination and calculate the discount or set price.

Setting up a ticket discount

A ticket discount applies when a minimum order amount of the bill is reached.

For the ticket discount, you can choose between a fixed discounted amount or a percentage.

How does it work?
For example, when the ticket discount is set to a minumum order amount of €60 and a guest's order surpasses the minimum order amount, the promotion module will automatically recognise the promotion and calculate the discount.

Setting up a quantity discount

A quantity discount applies when a guest has ordered a certain quantity of an item. Those could be either specific items or items of a product group.

For the combo deal, you can choose between a fixed discounted amount, a percentage or a complete new price.

How does it work?
For example, for every two softdrinks the guest gets the third one for free. The promotion module will automatically recognise the order includes three softdrinks and sets the third drink free of charge.
