How to manage users who will receive notifications?

In this tutorial, we will show you where you can manage all users who will receive notifications.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Access Notification Settings

- Click on Settings in the left-hand menu.

- Select Notifications.

  1. Manage Notification Recipients

- In the Notification Recipients section, you can manage who will receive notifications about incoming reservations.

- You can add up to 2 recipients for text message notifications.

  1. Set Notification Preferences

- Use the checkboxes in the Notification Options section to decide which messages you and your guests will receive.

  1. Customize Notification Text

- In the Notification Text section, you can add a custom message that will be included in the confirmation email sent to your guests.

  1. Newsletter Subscription Option

- To offer guests the option to subscribe to your newsletter, check the box under Notification Newsletter Option.

  1. Save Your Settings

- Once you’ve configured all your notification settings, click SAVE to apply the changes.
