How to adjust the reservation status?

In this tutorial, you will learn how to adjust the reservation status.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to DISH Reservation dashboard.
  2. There, confirmed reservations can be updated as "Arrived" or "Cancelled".

Reservations with larger groups necessarily need to be accepted or rejected. Be aware that the guest will be notified of your action, and you can leave a personal message to them.

To do that, simply click on "Accept" to confirm or "Reject" to decline the reservation.

Current reservations can be marked as "Cancelled," "Arrived," or "No-Show."

If you mistakenly mark a reservation as "Arrived," it is possible to undo it. On the other hand, this can't be done for "Cancelled" or "No-Show" statuses.
